Narrative Therapy Sessions


These are talk based sessions which stem from the Narrative Therapy Approach. They center around the idea that you are the expert on own life, and hold the knowledge of what is right or wrong for you.  
Narrative Therapy focuses on the individual's life story and how it has shaped their current situation. It is a creative, non-pathologizing approach that helps people explore their lives in new and meaningful ways.

Sessions can also include the use of video filming, self-watching, written documents and other creative tools, depending on the needs and comforts of each person.
