  • Learn clear do’s and don’ts for dating with ADHD
  • Navigate texting and pacing
  • Notice when you’re people-pleasing or losing yourself in the process
  • Handle rejection or ghosting without shutting down or self-blaming

Authenticity on Camera – Self Filming Training

Using video as a mirror to build confidence, clarity, and connection.

Self-filming can be a powerful way to build confidence, deepen self-awareness, and feel more at home in your own presence. These workshops aren’t about performing or presenting. They’re about learning to see yourself with more clarity, and using that perspective to express yourself more naturally in work, relationships, and everyday life.

In these workshops, I teach self-filming techniques I’ve been developing for over 12 years. These practices have helped me build confidence and improve almost every area of my life.
