If ADHD is something you're struggling with,

you're in the right place.

Certified Psychological Councilor

Life can be a lot, especially when you’re managing ADHD.

I won’t pretend to know exactly what you’re going through, but as someone who lives with ADHD myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your brain doesn’t seem to work the way the world expects it to.

Maybe you can relate to some of these struggles:

  • Forgetting things constantly, no matter how hard you try

  • Starting projects with excitement, only to abandon them halfway through

  • Procrastinating, avoiding work, then beating yourself up about it

  • Feeling emotions so intensely that they overpower you

  • Watching others succeed while feeling like you’re falling behind

  • Repeatedly disappointing people unintentionally

  • Feeling stuck in a loop and doubting whether things will ever change

However hopeless it might seem at times, things can change. I know because I’ve been there. I’ve experienced it myself, and I’ve helped others do the same.

Whether you have an official diagnosis or not, if ADHD is something you’re struggling with, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’d be happy to talk and explore how I can help support you in your process.

My Philosophy

My work stems from the Narrative Therapy philosophy. It centers around the idea that the person is the expert on their own life and we, in fact,  hold the knowledge of what is right or wrong for us. It is my belief that the key to creating a better relationship with ourselves is through the development of compassionate dialogue between our different sides.

I offer a unique variety of Video and Narrative Therapy techniques to help individuals explore their stories, relationships, and situations in new and meaningful ways. Each approach can be used as a stand-alone or in combination with the other. The session are personally tailored to each person's specific comforts and needs.
